These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Snap Row mobile application ("the App"), developed by Cenar ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Description of the App

Snap Row is a mobile puzzle game where players shift rows and columns on a grid to align all cells in each row to the same color. The App offers three game modes:

• Campaign: 7 worlds with 50 levels each, progressing in difficulty.
• Daily Challenge: A new puzzle every day, seeded by the calendar date.
• Zen / Free Play: Open-ended play with customizable grid sizes and color counts.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian.

4. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App or its content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks in the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the App's functionality.

5. In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases, including but not limited to:

• Pro Pass: Unlocks additional features such as increased daily hints, unlimited daily challenge attempts, and premium themes.
• Campaign Unlock: Grants access to campaign levels beyond the free tier (levels 1-100 are free).
• Hint Packs: Provides additional hints for use during gameplay.

5.1 Payment

All in-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment terms, refund policies, and billing are governed by the respective platform's terms of service.

5.2 No Refunds

Except as required by applicable law or the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, all in-app purchases are final and non-refundable.

5.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify the pricing of in-app purchases at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

6. Advertising

The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Ads may be displayed during your use of the App.
• You may watch optional rewarded video ads to earn in-game hints or additional daily challenge attempts.
• Ad content is provided by third-party advertisers and is not controlled by us.
• Ad personalization is subject to your consent preferences as managed through the App's consent flow and your device settings.

Pro users may experience a reduced ad experience as described in the App.

7. Game Content and Progress

7.1 Local Storage

All game progress, achievements, and settings are stored locally on your device. We do not maintain backups of your game data.

7.2 Data Loss

We are not responsible for any loss of game progress or data resulting from:

• Device loss, theft, damage, or failure.
• App uninstallation or storage clearing.
• Operating system updates or device resets.
• Any other cause beyond our reasonable control.

7.3 Daily Challenges

Daily challenges are generated using a date-based seed and are the same for all players on a given day. Daily streaks reset if you miss a day. We do not guarantee the availability of daily challenges on any specific date.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, gameplay mechanics, visual assets, user interface, and all related content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

8.1 Themes and Visual Content

Themes, color schemes, animations, and visual effects within the App are our proprietary content. Unlocking a theme grants you a personal license to use it within the App — it does not transfer ownership of the underlying assets.

8.2 Audio

Sound effects used in the App are sourced from third-party providers and are used in accordance with their respective licenses.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party tools to modify or interfere with the App.
• Attempt to manipulate game data, daily challenge seeds, or hint systems.
• Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
• Defects will be corrected.
• The App will meet your specific requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF GAME PROGRESS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the 12 months preceding the claim, or EUR 50, whichever is greater.

12. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. This includes changes to:

• Game mechanics, difficulty scaling, and level design.
• Available features, themes, and rewards.
• Pricing and availability of in-app purchases.
• Ad placement and frequency.

We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be effective upon posting, and your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document to reflect changes.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App is immediately revoked.

You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Austria.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
